About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL. The Field Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities for our luxury custom home and remodeling projects. This leadership position ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities on multiple job sites, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and high-quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and work crews to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality craftsmanship, and timely execution of tasks.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contracted scope of work, project plans, design specifications, and building codes.

Implement and enforce safety protocols on all job sites to maintain a safe working environment.

Provide clear and effective communication to team members and project stakeholders.

Identify any conflicts in the construction process and communicate them to the project team for resolution.

Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
Job Requirements

10+ years of residential construction experience is required.

Valid Florida Driver's License with reliable transportation is required.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is highly encouraged.

Strong hands-on working knowledge of the means and methods associated with residential construction.

Successful experience coordinating and supervising luxury custom home and remodeling projects.

Demonstrated success in driving projects to completion within designated timeframes and budgets.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
